The report on the threat to U.K. national security from Russia, which was compiled in early 2019 by parliament’s intelligence and security committee (ISC). MPs’ report accuses Russia of trying to interfere in Scottish referendum, demands probe into whether it tried to rig Brexit vote and says Britain is failing to combat Putin’s army of oligarchs, hackers, hitmen and paid British agents. An influential committee of MPs warned the UK’s legal system and security services have been ill-equipped to combat the threat of potential Russian interference in British democracy.
