State support for international Terrorism, 1985

The CIA unclassified Report written in May, 1986. We recommend this paper to track trends in different government support for international terrorism. Examples of such support by the Middle East countries, Russia etc. will allow us to understand the general trends of the political vision of the terrorism use as an instrument of foreign policy. This analytical document will allow us to draw parallels and comparisons with the current policies of some states.
