Documentary evidence: Russia planned to invade Ukraine in January, as American intelligence warned

Making US and European leaders assured of no intentions to attack Ukraine, Putin misinformed foreign governments to play for time.

During the Chernobyl nuclear power plant military operation the Ukrainian defensive forces seized the documents of the 810 elite Russian Marine Brigade command post. Analysis of documents indicates that the invasion was approved by the Kremlin on January 18, 2022. The operation was supposed to last for 15 days. The invasion was scheduled for February 20, but for unknown reasons, it started 4 days later. The documents also contain a legend for military personnel in case of being captured. Russian command’s instruction for the captives during interrogation was to deny their military mission in Ukraine but insist on the trainings version.

Thus, all Russian servicemen captured in Ukraine were informed about their invasion mission and tactical actions as for military forces and civilians.

Obviously, there are more than enough grounds for accusing all these people of well-planned war crimes.

The mentioned above documents prove a thorough preparation of the operation. The photos of mobile phones of the Russian killed soldiers confirm the hypothesis that all of them have known about their tasks to invade Ukraine, as well as to target civil infrastructure. In addition, in some phone mobile texting with relatives, the Russians say ‘they are going to kill Ukrainians and take no captives’.
