Russia breaks Europe’s border from within

Amid continuing migrant crisis at Polish border, Russia turned to spur German government into opening the country for migrants, as it stages public events there.

The Kremlin’s plan to replicate 2016-2017 migrant crisis by arranging for migrant transfer has obviously failed, as Warsaw and Vilnius made an effective response at the state border. The members of the groups attempting to break into Poland from Belarus are expected to change relatively soon. There will be more battle-tried men, their overall number will decrease, and those groups will play more aggressively. That scenario is possible as mission supervisors from Russian intelligence and Belarusian KGB have taken a close look at the playbook by Polish and Baltic border guards, with a breakthrough by small, trained groups more likely westward.

Meanwhile, Russian intelligence has stepped up ops in Germany to discredit the German government and cultivate its image as negative, with a focus on inhuman treatment of refugees. The op is simultaneously staged both in Germany and Russia, with parallels drawn with Germany of the 1930s-1940s. That stunt garnered active coverage by pro-government Belarusian and GRU affiliated media.

In Germany, Russian intelligence staged a protest urging German government to accept illegal immigrants from the Middle East. It was held by pro-Russian Seebrücke (Seabridge), Berlin.

The protest organizers placed six thousand green lanterns on the square in front of the German parliament and installed “Accept now” poster. That was the way for them to urge German government to accept thousands of illegal immigrants, they said, contributing to Moscow-arranged migrant crisis. Seebrücke is closely related to Moscow, as its campaigners come from Russia. “German government is the only one to make decision, new coalition must act and accept people. This is the only way to prevent more deaths at the border”, Alina Lyapina from Seebrücke commented on the protest in Berlin. That statement fully reflects the goal and intent by Russian op to trigger the next migrant crisis in Germany.Excessive social and economic burden in Western Europe is to spur social conflicts in Europe, Russia believes.

Seebrücke (left-wing ideology) has got several offices: in Hamburg, and in Austria, Switzerland, and Belgium. Alina Lyapina is the daughter of Russian immigrants. She was born on March 1, 1992. In June 2012, she looked for a one room apartment in Berlin, 400-450 euros rent, and planned to move in in September of that year.

Alina looked for a one room apartment in Berlin in Sep. 2012 but started a university course in Hamburg next year.

But in 2013, she started a university course in Hamburg. She received MA in Political Science at the University of Hamburg. She worked for Friends of Nature Germany as a social media manager. She says she also worked for Doctors Without Borders / MSF Germany. She leans toward Marx values, opposes globalization and focuses on changing Europe’s migrant policy. She boosts social media posts supervised by Russia’s military intelligence, for example, the yellow vests in France or the movement for Catalonia’s independence. Her contacts in Germany are mostly immigrants from Russia, with most of them in Hamburg. Her contacts include people from The Zeitgeist Movement Global, treated as conspiracy group, like Qanon, that garners active coverage by Russia Today propaganda station.

Seebrücke presses for Germany to disengage from all Frontex and EUNAVFOR MED missions and decriminalize maritime rescue operations, as sea rescue program goes forward. In that way, Seebrücke adds to weakening EU institutions and regional security.

It seems clear that Russia will build up internal pressure on EU governments to urge them open the borders, as it backs and boosts migrant crisis by intelligence ops. Seebrücke’s anti-globalization narratives are roughly the same as those by Russia’s Anti-Globalization Movement, tied to Russian military intelligence and staging pro-Kremlin Psyops in different parts of the world.
